Shipping
We ship within 3-5 business days. We ship through USPS, UPS, or Fedex. Shipping is available worldwide. Shipping rates are based on weight. The weight of products can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for any other reason other than a product defect. Please be sure to check your hardware frequently to ensure that you do not lose any of the screws and/or backings. We recommend using Blue Loctite or Vibratite VC-3 to secure your screws so that they will never back out of position.
We know you will love the quality of our products and the fact they are guaranteed by our industry leading LIFETIME WARRANTY. If your holster breaks or fails for any reason under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
If you have any issues with our products, please contact us immediately so we can correct the problem and leave you a satisfied customer.
Note: we do not accept returns on non Tyson Holster® branded products, such as weapon mounted lights, or RMR sights. All warranty related claims must be submitted directly through the original manufacturer. No exceptions.
